My brother and I visited the pub twice during our stay in Portree. Sadly, we did not stay at the hotel. The Caley was excellent though, with great food, cheap beer, and the friendliest staff in Scotland. You guys are the best!

A lovely place

Our family (visiting from Canada) stayed a night at the Caledonian in July 2009. The room was clean and big and breakfast was great. We also enjoyed dinner at the bar. The people were friendly, and we were given lots of helpful advice on where to go to get the best views of Skye. Highly recommended!

Fabulous stay on Skye

My husband and I visited your beautiful Island in July and stayed two nights at the Caledonian. Nice clean bedroom, lovely breakfast and friendly helpful staff. We will be back.
